Once you have enrolled into a Nurture Early Learning Centre, we pride ourselves on our communication with families.
Our centres are designed to have the centre coordinator and administration team located at the front desks, to welcome each family as they enter or leave Nurture and also be available to discuss any questions our families have.
Our Nurture families are encouraged to talk to their child’s educators on a daily basis. There is always a familiar face at drop off and pick up times.
Educators may also call families during the day via the telephone to communicate daily issues and families are emailed the weekly menu every Monday.
A weekly review of the children’s programs is emailed each week to every family, outlining three learning experiences that have occurred within their child’s group and linking them to the National Quality Frameworks.
Every family has a pigeon hole in their child’s room labelled with their child’s photo and name, which are used for hard copies of letters and other information for families to read.
Accounts, statements and invoices are also emailed to families.
At the end of every school term, families are emailed our Nurture newsletter.
